  • Contact data: names, phone numbers, company names, and notes you enter for your sales contacts
  • Interaction logs: call notes, visit summaries, and follow-up records you create within the App
  • Subscription and billing information:processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not store payment card details

Information collected automatically:

  • Device information: device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
  • Usage data: features used, session duration, and crash reports for performance improvement
  • App performance data: error logs and diagnostic information to maintain service quality

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
  • Sync your data across devices when you are signed in
  • Process your subscription and manage your account
  • Send transactional emails such as account confirmations and subscription receipts
  • Respond to support requests and resolve technical issues
  • Improve the App through anonymized usage analytics

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your contact data or sales notes for advertising purposes.

If you use Daily Calls Ultra under a Teams subscription, your account administrator may have access to activity data associated with your account within the team. Contact data and notes you enter remain accessible to your team admin. If you are an admin, you are responsible for ensuring your team members are aware of and agree to this Privacy Policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and contact data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

You may export your data at any time from within the App before deleting your account.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion: request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Portability: request your data in a structured, machine-readable format

10. Children's Privacy

Daily Calls Ultra is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

The current version of this Privacy Policy is always available within the App and at our website.
